In-Home Care Services Gold Coast: Tailored Support for Independent Living

We provide a comprehensive range of in-home and support tailored to your needs

Domestic Assistance

The Australian Government’s Support at Home Program provides older Australians with access to products, services, equipment and modifications to help them live independently at home. This can include clinical supports like occupational therapy, nurse-led assessments, support for independence and help with everyday living. Under Support at Home’s guidelines, you or your loved one can access a defined list of in-home care services on the Gold Coast to help you live independently.

All Care Living is a Support at Home provider of aged care services across the Gold Coast, expanding throughout South-East Queensland in the coming months. Once you’ve been approved for aged care services, you can contact us to deliver those services in the comfort of your very own home. All Care Living focuses on providing in-home care services on the Gold Coast to maintain our clients’ freedom, flexibility, and dignity. These include nursing and allied health home care, personal care services and other important forms of support.

Domestic Assistance and In-Home Help

Household chores pile up quickly for all of us. But as we age, even basic household tasks can become exhausting and a struggle to manage alone. All Care Living’s domestic assistance on the Gold Coast provides help with necessary tasks such as shopping, laundry or general cleaning. This includes the little things that make a big difference, like vacuuming, watering plants, emptying rubbish or loading and unloading washing machines.

Domestic assistance gives you a cleaner, more comfortable living space and more time and energy for family time and leisure activities. All Care Living’s domestic assistance on the Gold Coast works respectfully around your routine and preferences.

Social Support Services

Social networks and support systems tend to shrink a lot as people age. Fortunately, social support services in aged care provide necessary companionship and help older people stay connected to their friends, families and communities. Regular social interaction helps prevent health problems like depression, anxiety and cognitive decline, which is why social support services are one of All Care Living’s important in-home care services on the Gold Coast.

All Care Living’s social support services include community access and outings, friendly conversation and companionship at home and assistance with running errands. For seniors who have lost a partner, experience cognitive impairment or no longer drive, the right social support services can make life easier in many ways. All Care Living has the empathy, consideration, and professionalism to determine exactly what support services you or your loved one needs.

Our Story

All Care Living was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to help older Australians maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Personal Care and In-Home Support

Personal care services are daily support services provided to people who can no longer manage essential activities as independently as they used to. This is not medical care but help with bathing and grooming, medication, mobility and other needs.

All Care Living understands that personal care services must be provided with the utmost respect for the older person’s privacy and dignity. That’s why we offer gentle, reliable support for your loved ones’ daily needs that’s centred on their comfort and routines. All Care Living’s personal care and in-home support are practical and respectful, helping seniors maintain independence and autonomy in their homes as best they can, because needs differ from one client to the next. All Care Living takes a sensitive, personalised approach focusing on connection, consistency and trust.

Respite Care

If you’re the primary caregiver for a family member, in-home respite care gives you a break to attend to other responsibilities while your loved one remains in capable hands. All Care Living’s respite care professionals provide your relative with the same level of care and respect they’re used to from their own family, so they can keep up their comfortable routine.

Instead of simply filling a role, All Care Living’s in-home respite care provides seamless support with genuine compassion, reducing the anxiety of your absence for both your loved one and you. From scheduled respite care to emergency respite support and even overnight and 24-hour care options, we have arrangements that work for you.

Transport and Shopping Assistance

As you age, even everyday errands like shopping or meeting appointments can become increasingly challenging. Yet meeting these commitments helps older people maintain a strong sense of independence and wellbeing, which is why transport and shopping assistance is such an important in-home care service on the Gold Coast.

All Care Living can assist you whether you’re attending community events or medical appointments or just need to pick up your groceries. Our transport services include both direct car transport and indirect options, such as taxi or rideshare vouchers. Either way, we’ll help you get where you need to go reliably and safely.

Nurse-Led Support and Allied Health

Nurse-led care and allied health professionals work together to provide essential health monitoring and support for seniors on the Gold Coast and across South-East Queensland. While we are not currently registered to deliver direct nursing care or wound management, our experienced nurses conduct comprehensive health assessments, health monitoring, clinical care planning, and regular reviews.

To deliver complete holistic support, we maintain a network of trusted Allied Health professionals, including Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Podiatrists, while offering complete flexibility if clients prefer to choose their own practitioners.
