All our carers are trained in emergency procedures. We have 24/7 on-call support, and emergency contact protocols are part of every care plan. In a medical emergency, we’ll call 000 and notify nominated family members immediately.
All carers undergo thorough background checks, hold relevant qualifications, receive ongoing training, and are regularly supervised. We maintain strict quality standards and compliance with all aged care regulations.

Requirements vary by position. Support workers typically need a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing). Nursing and allied health roles require relevant professional qualifications and registration. We can discuss specific requirements for the role you’re interested in.
